This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Vietnam, Thailand, China, India, etc. When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times. But we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Each product requires some time for the construction and handling before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 7 business days.

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $100. On orders under $100, we charge a $7.95 - $9.95 shipping fee.
